Rooms

These rooms have one bedroom, a bathroom, kitchen with eating area and a living room. The bedroom has a queen bed. The living room has a queen hide-away and satellite TV.

The bathrooms have showers and wall mounted hair dryers. All of our rooms have their own barbecue and outside dining area. Maximum occupancy is four.

One complimentary boat slip per room. Rooms at 412 are Non-smoking. Pet fees of $125/week or $25/day per pet guest. Mid-week service on linens available for a nominal charge. Rates subject to change. Rates subject to state and local taxes.

House

The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and a living room. Each bedroom has a queen bed. The living room has a queen hide-away and satellite TV. Maximum occupancy is eight. There is a patio with outside dining and barbecue. (Preference given to weekly rentals.)

Owner's House

The owner's house is 1440 sq. ft. with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and living room with satellite TV. There is a deck with outside dining and barbecue. If desired, A/C is available for $30/day. Maximum occupancy is six. No pets allowed. (Preference given to weekly rentals.)

Guest House

The guest house is 720 sq. ft. with two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen with eating area and a living room with a fireplace insert. Each bedroom has a queen bed. The living room has a queen hide-away and satellite TV. There is a patio with outside dining and barbecue. Maximum occupancy is six. (Preference given to weekly rentals.)

Log Cabins

These are authentic 480 sq. ft. log cabins with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen with eating area. One bedroom has a queen bed and satellite TV; the second bedroom has a twin and a double bed with satellite TV.

The bathrooms have tub/shower units and wall mounted hair dryers. All of our cabins have their own barbecue and outside dining area. Maximum occupancy is five.
